Message	For the tint to be legal, it has to be able to show gender and possible race of the driver, just in the case of a hit in run or some scenario where the driver needs to be identified. Otherwise, it would be hard to prove that that person was the one commiting the crime, especially if there was no tag taken. You can have that tint on your car. It isn't illegal to do that. But in order for you to drive around, you have to have the windows down, this way they can identify you.
